An accomplished electrical engineer with the creative instincts of an entrepreneurial inventor, Susan Lloyd wrote a US Patent for a vehicle engine control algorithm while an R&D engineer at Ford. Over the years, Susan has worked with a number of Silicon Valley startups and has co-founded her own successful company, where she handles financials and customer analytics as its COO.
A senior tech writer since since the late 1990s, Susan has a knack for translating engineering-speak into easy to understand language. She is experienced in API, technical, enterprise and user documentation writing and keenly versed in stochastic processes and digital signal processing. She has written for diverse companies, including Live Gamer, PlaySpan, Clean Power Finance, Sun Power, Solar City, Velodyne LiDAR, Support.com, Ford and Cadillac. Susan has her M.S. in electrical engineering from Purdue University.
