Wesley Chang considers himself a Swiss Army Knife in his role. He brings over 3 decades of gaming experience across a variety of platforms and genres to his role, which enables him to play-test different games to gain an understanding of how they function.
His career spans nearly two decades in gaming and retail industries, notably Zynga and Pottery Barn. During that time, he honed a skill set spanning customer support, inventory management, logistics, and data analytics.
He specializes in problem-solving and troubleshooting, and identifying areas for increased efficiency as well as providing clarity for user and client interactions. Wesley holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley, and an M.B.A. from UC Davis.
